I've been a longtime customer of Franco's and have always enjoyed their food, which makes this experience even more disappointing. About two weeks ago, we ordered a large pepperoni pizza and 30 wings: 20 Hot Buffalo and 10 BBQ. When we got home, we realized the wings had been made backwards—we received 20 BBQ and 10 Hot Buffalo. We immediately called the restaurant and were transferred to the manager. Instead of offering a reasonable solution, we were told the only way the order could be corrected was if we drove back and brought the wings in to show them. Tonight (July 4th, 2026), my sister placed the exact same order. I was on the phone with my mom while my sister called it in, and I heard her clearly repeat the order twice: 20 Hot Buffalo and 10 BBQ. The person taking the order, who sounded like the same manager from our previous experience, was very short on the phone and was rushing them to be there in 20 minutes. When my sister and mom arrived to pick up the order, the wings had once again been made incorrectly—20 BBQ and 10 Hot Buffalo. We are on our way to Cooperstown and needed a quick good lunch and Franco’s was perfect! Awesome pizza, garlic knots and antipasto salad. Staff was super friendly too!

Service was amazing, done right on time and the food is cooked to perfection, so here’s the thing I already paid for my food and a 2 liter but then after paying for it I wanted a separate small soda, so I wanted to get that and a celery and blue cheese but I only had card, so one guy tells me there was a 15$ limit when it comes to the card I had no problem with it so I said oh nvm it’s okay , but I don’t remember the other guys name but he basically gave me the soda I wanted to buy and just had a pure smile, definitely made my night, definitely the best service. Will not go to another pizzeria, will not go to another Franco’s, that’s the type of people we’re missing in this world, to the guy that gave me the cream soda Dr Pepper, dude you are amazing.

First time trying tomato pie from Francos. Was delicious! Overall great pizza! Staff super friendly. Will always stop for pizza when in North Utica! Going to try the sausage rolls next!

Great for a last minute fast grab and go later on at night on a Sunday! Pizza was fresh and hot! Wings were excellent! Great service. Dessert was yummy! Thanks guys! Thanks for not caring about my loud bass music! 😉
